"The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was great. Good lighting, amenities, shower, towels, and we seniors appreciated the non slip mat for the shower! Room lighting and electrical outlets were good. TV was good too. Breakfast was great! Eggs, sausage, cereals, muffins, waffles, yogurt, breads and English muffins, milk and juices, coffees etc. I would totally recommend this property."

"Pets may have stayed in the room previously, manager said they have no way to know. My allergies told me and the dog hair. If you’re ok with it nice hotel with breakfast."

"Well maintained, iconic motor lodge with a history of Hollywood. Many western movies were filmed in Kanab and the stars stayed at Parry’s. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff were welcoming. Short walk to restaurants and shops in the downtown area. I would stay here again."

"Property was centrally located and served our purposes for an overnight stay. Just a bit shabby and could be cleaned a little more effectively. Reception lacked a bit on hospitality rating - not that friendly and inviting."

"We stay here yearly and absolutely love it. Its spacious, quiet, safe, and great when traveling with small children. Only complain would be that the tv couldn't work, but we had lots of adventures planned so it was ok."

"I loved that the laundry was free. We also woke up to a flat tire in our car. The owner was there and volunteered to fill our tire up for us. He recommended a place in town to get the tire fixed and we were able to get on our way in an hour. Small town and locally owned is the way to go! Thank you so much to the owner for helping us. That would not have happened in a chain hotel."

"The staff (Travis) was awesome. Very helpful in everything. Room was comfortable and uniquely decorated. A little bright at night, but not horrible. Breakfast was very unique, but not for children, though maybe they have options for them. The only problem we had was the faucet knob. It was very hard to pull up for my mom with arthritis, but we managed. Very quiet!"

"The rooms have been updated and are very clean. The hotel caters to pets, so if you have a dog or cat, this is the place to stay in Kanab."

"This hotel was unexpectedly wonderful! The rooms have been newly renovated with a vibrant color scheme. I especially loved the Tiffany-blue microwave and mini-fridge—they were absolutely adorable! The bathroom wall tiles also featured a distinctive style. The bench at the foot of the bed looked great, but it made the room feel a bit cramped; a more practical chair—like the ones outside the door—would have been a better choice. In my room, the handle on the cabinet door beneath the mini-fridge...

"This was our second stay at this classic motor court, which we love to visit on road trips. Unfortunately, it was much hotter than on our last visit and the sun blasted in the large front window; yes there were curtains, but the A/C to combat the heat was crazy loud. As in TV volume: 4 without the A/C: 47 with the A/C, no exaggeration. As before, guests head to the sister property down the street for breakfast, which seems odd but works; the pool there was available to Aikens guests. Plenty of...

"Strong smell of something scented. Too strong. You can hear trucks/cars passing on the highway. Very loud. They did supply ear plugs but I could not where them to sleep."
