"Check-in was slow as usual. There's a fast-lane for those of us who had checked in online, but it was getting used as a general lane. "The resort is quite old and in some spots pretty rundown. The cleaning team does a great job with what they have. when it comes to the support staff We found a range between some who were kind and helpful and others who seemed as if they were a bit hungover and couldn't be bothered"

"The room was very clean when we got there (although one chair was very wobbly - so we avoided sitting on it). The amenities were very nice - including coffee, tea, water and even Caramel Wafers (nice touch). Check out was seamless, location is great, so much available to do."
