Rooms are well equipped, staff are friendly. However fridge in room is ridiculously loud which makes for a less than peaceful sleep, and the shower sprays out in such fine but high pressure it isn’t pleasant it was like a water blaster.

Hotel room was very nice, clean and comfortable. However, there was no counter space in the washroom. The lady at the check-in reception was also not very friendly or accommodating. Someone parked in our space and she said there was nothing she could do. Did not like leaving the car overnight on the street since it was the only car left on the street.

Hello Sharada sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us. Unfortunately parking is always a problem with people not sharing the correct spaces. As discussed your vehicle was completely safe on the road 5 metres away from your allocated parking spot. we are also a gated community with security cameras and have never had a problem here.

8박9일을 묵었는데 내집처럼 편안하고 아늑한 아파트먼트였습니다. 퀸스타운까지는 차로 40분거리이지만 길도 아름다워 운전이 즐거웠어요. (약간 멀다는 느낌이 있을수 있음)주변에 크롬웰 시티타운이 있어 주유소, 마트등이 있고, 와이너리, 체리농장도 있고 아주 조용한 숙소였습니다. 추천합니다

As soon as we reached the hotel, the lady asked us to go back and find some other place. Expedia allowed us to book a room for 2 adults and 1 child but that lady insisted that the room is not for 3 people. It was very disappointing and inconvenient. We felt unwelcome

Awesome place to stay, very helpful & friendly at reception, the property is immaculate.. also liked it is a gated community,.. being into Motor Sport we felt we didnt have worry about security of our equipment.. Will definitely stay again!!!!

퀸스타운이 죄다 공사중이고 복잡해서 조용한 크롬웰로 숙소 잡았습니다. 가는길도 이뻐요~ 와이너리도 많아요! 특히 클아우디베이 추천! 요기 숙소 근처니 꼭 가보세요! 근처에 묘지가 있어서 으잉? 했지만 숙소는 아늑합니다ㅋㅋ 시설도 오래되지않아 좋고 깔끔합니다

Very nice property that is located on the Cromwell racetrack site. Very easy check in and parking right in front of the apartment. Just a short drive back into Cromwell.

Great stay in Cronwell
It was excellent. Liked the idea of a gated comunity and there was plenty of open space within the grounds to sit and enjoy the quite . Excellent bbq area in the grounds. Staff were very attentive and friendly. A great place to stay and will do that on any return trip.

Studio unit was everything we needed. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with excellent shower. Unit well appointed to a high standard. Owners very welcoming and knowledgeable about places to visit and where to eat. Will definitely stay here again.

the apartments were a pleasant surprise from friendly accommodating staff to the luxurious feel of both the facility and the rooms, fittings, etc. It was on the periphery of Cromwell but definately great place to stay, and we will definately be back.
