"We had a great stay however, there was supposed to be a dog wash but it was not turned on. We were on the second floor, the stairwells were not cleaned in the 2 days. Cups and rubbish left on window sills. Could not open the windows in the room. It was stifling hot. We had a fan ( no air con). The ..."

"Great room , bed perfect. very quiet , great A/C, Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner ( attention to detail - previous occupant's hair grips were on the floor). Biggest let down was Breakfast. very transport cafe. Staff seriously struggling to keep up with turnover of customers ."
