"The room - great for a small room - was well-proportioned. One of the two overhead beside lamps sadly didn't work but weirder - the duvet cover didn't close, like there were no buttons - so it kept getting caught up and I took it off, thinking it was a sheet, only to have to put it back on. "Great place with wonderful staff however has limited parking and once full, if you drive in you are stuck. Very difficult to manoeuvre a way back out if the parking area, and could take you a significant amount of time"

"At first we received a room not to our liking. The next day they gave us a new one. Were apologetic and we appreciated the help from the staff person who wore glasses with long brown hair (sorry, forgot your name!) She was very accommodating"
