"I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the room we were given. As soon as we walked in, it was obvious it had not been properly cleaned—if at all. The beds had visible stains of poop or vomit on the sheets and mattress, and the bedding looked used and unwashed. The floors were dirty and covered with trash, including towels, food debris, and random items left behind. The furniture and surfaces were cluttered and clearly not wiped down. In the bathroom area, the sink and counter were unclean, with trash left underneath and on top. Even the mirror was visibly dirty. Overall, the entire room gave the impression that it had been completely neglected. This was not just a minor cleanliness issue—it was unacceptable and unsanitary. We did not feel comfortable staying in the room at all and had no choice but to leave and find another place to stay after already traveling a long distance. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made to their cleaning and inspection standards. "
