"It was hard to get an extra blanket. You had to talk to a computer screen, and then wait for them to contact the staff for you. While checking in I was informed that I was required to pay a $50 security fee on a room that was paid in full ahead of time."

"The room was very old & not updated. After 10 minutes of being in the room, we lost wifi & cable. No back up generator. Bathrooms were also horrible. No help from the staff. We asked for partial refund but nothing. I will no longer stay there again."
