"We have stayed in this hotel before but this room was worse than the others. The bathroom needs repainting and it had mold spots on the walls. Just wasn't as well maintained as the others. Breakfast is your typical hotel "free" breakfast. Nothing special. Staff is always friendly. "

"When I checked in my first room smelled bad. I told the front desk and they immediately upgraded me to a room on the other side of the hotel. That was very nice of them, and the new room smelled wonderful. Nice to have a refrigerator, and the room looked newly remodeled or built. There was really nothing to complain about."

"The first time we came here we loved it, this time it was ok. The staff is great, the rooms are clean and breakfast was good. Towels seem to need to be washed better. Sheets as well. But overall I would stay again."

"The breakfast was very disappointing. We've stayed at Hyatt Place's prior, and the breakfast was fine (and included with the stay). Breakfast was an add on charge for this hotel, so we were expecting something premium, and received less than we had from the other stays . Unseasoned potatoes, bland French toast sticks among others, make this a terrible added on charge. Also no one is checking to see if you have paid for breakfast, so you just feel ripped off."

Que por mas que lo apagamos Toda la noche hacía un ruido que no nos dejó dormir nunca se apagó el aparato. Aún que le pusimos. Turn off. Así que no fue muy agradable. "

"Stayed 2 nights but had no housekeeping services. We were out all day and by the time we got back to hotel it was too late. Upon checking out reception told us it has to be requested and we should have been told that when checking in. No one told us. Very disappointing to say the least"
