"We love the Crystal Bay Hotel! This was our second time staying in this charming & historic B&B. "So, to be honest we were a little skeptical because it was an older building. I must say this property was excellent. The rooms have been redone. The staff was super helpful and amazing. The lady doing the breakfast Ms. Linda was the best breakfast attendant I’d ever had. She spoke to everyone and was very helpful to families with children. "This was a great last minute stay for our family! We got into the airport late at night, thankfully the shuttle was a quick and easy ride to the hotel. I guess one of the rooms they had overbooked and graciously upgraded us to a suite, which was truly amazing! The only downfall of any airport hotel is the sound of airplanes all hours of the day and night, which was noticeable from our room. The staff was helpful, the rooms were great, and we would recommend this hotel!"

"Had a staycation in town and picked this hotel. Every was as advertised and plenty to do within walking or short travel distance. Breakfast was a bonus to have on site. Parking was a bit expensive for valet but at the right time can find free parking on the street. Would highly recommend and would stay again."
