"The location is great, just a block from the Mag Mile and many good restauarnts within walking distance. Hotel itself seems a little tired though. Could use some upgrade. Staff was super helpful and friendly. For the money not a bad stay...especially in that area."

"This hotel used to be a hidden gem, but it has declined significantly over the years. The room’s air quality was poor, stuffy and uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff were the only bright spot during my stay; they were friendly and professional. The bar was decent, but my experience with one of the bartenders was unacceptable. A Caucasian gentleman working at the bar was rude to my wife. While she was trying to place an order, he took a personal phone call regarding...

"We (family of four) spent a night before boarding a cruise. The motel is clean, staff friendly and efficient. There was a little bit traffic noise, but we slept well. Special treat: there is an excellent, very authentic Portuguese restaurant close by - 5 min walk! It is called "Portugal Express"."
