"Not sure how this was rated an 8.2 out of 10. The bed squeaked so much I thought there were crickets in the room. Ended up wearing ear plugs to actually sleep. There was a single cup coffee maker in the room, but the tray to hold the coffee bag fit another model making it useless. I was traveling on business and had multiple rooms. One of our room keys did not work. When that person told the night manager she said “my shift is over and need to leave, I will call someone”. She made the call...

"I will start with the positives. The bed was extremely comfortable. I had the best nights sleep in a long time. The shower was awesome and had really good water pressure. Now for the negative side. We asked for a non smoking room and was given one, but it reeked of smoke. They moved us to a different room and although it didn’t smell of smoke, there was an unpleasant odor. The room was in disrepair. The table was cracked, the chair was dingy, and the carpet was ripped. The extra lock on...

"This was a usual and customary place that has a bit of age and deferred maintenance. The microwave sparkles inside when you use it. The breakfast was mediocre at best. We came out at 9 am and found breakfast to be picked over and not well maintained. The best part of the stay was the night desk lady who checked us in. We made a mistake and selected the wrong date but was quickly able to change it to the correct date. What we didn't realize was that the hotel charged us 150.00 to make the change!...

"The gentleman that check us in was great. However, the room was gross, the floors needed mopped, and the bed…. It needed clean sheets and blankets because there were stains on the blankets and hairs in the sheets. When I checked for bed bugs I noticed the mattress had duct tape covering holes and the frame the mattress was sitting on should have had caution tape.We were put behind the main building and it felt very off, to the point that our dog would only use the bathroom at the top of the hill...

"I want a refund!!!! The pictures on your website of this property are totally different than the actual property!! This place is a dump!!! I recommend everyone to not waste their money!! So many issues with this place that I had to book another room somewhere else at 11:00 at night. This was the worse room I have ever been in. Soon as we walked in it smelled like someone had been smoking weed. The bathroom door was coming off the hinges, the facet was not attached to the sink, the walls had...
