"We were very pleasantly surprised with everything. We were looking for a hotel for one night in the Columbus area, and this was the best price around so we did not have huge expectations...we just needed a room. As soon as we walked in, we were impressed. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was amazing. We wished we had more time to spend there."

5.8 trên 10, (372 nhận xét)
"Pretty much bare room with a single mattress on top of a metal frame. One little pillow, no comforter (but a thin acrylic blanket that you had to ask for), one little towel. The whole building is smoked through. No hangers, no shower curtains. Broken doors. Outside noise is not blocked. Expedia price was not honored. Front desk is closed between 11pm and 7am. The one good thing-staff was pretty courteous and definitely pretty calm, considering that so many guests had complaints. Stay away"
