"Our stay definitely exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly, the accommodation (2 bed villa with sofa bed) was spacious and clean with plenty of storage. We enjoyed using the pool and games room - great sunset views from here! - and also had a couple of nice meals in the restaurant. "Very helpful at reception. Nice and easy for walking in to town, railway station or stadium. Parking was off site but felt secure. Yes will stay again and probably with in the next month or so but taking more rooms as with larger family. "

"Host was most helpful and accommodating. The room had excellent facilities, especially the shower. Only one gripe was the firm mattress which is probably good for most people but not what I'm used to. The location was excellent and central to some m ce walks and places to eat."

"I stayed here for work and found it a perfect location. Steve was very good with communication and answering all my questions. The room was very modern with lots of gadgets which could be a little tricky but once you got the hang of it was all ok. I stayed 4 nights and looked to re book the same room the following week but unfortunately it had gone. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. "

"Really clean and the staff where absolutely amazing, polite happy and couldn’t do enough to accommodate, breakfast was of a very high standard and good quality produce… would definitely recommend, only downfall was some of the guest didn’t have any manners towards the staff which is a real bugbear but that’s just me a please and thank you go along way (staff where still so polite considering) well done mr and mrs Solomon your establishment is great and the staff are amazing "

"This is our second stay at Sprowston Manor. Overall, we really enjoyed it. However, we booked dinner in the bar on our first night, rather than the restaurant so we could bring our dog. This was booked in advance, for our whole party. When we arrived, we were given a tiny table to sit at, which wouldn’t have fitted all our plates (when we stated previously, they had regular sized tables in the bar and so this wasn’t an issue). "The hotel and grounds were amazing. The reception staff were very professional and friendly. Need improvements in the restaurant and bar as staff weren’t as attentive, spending too much time chatting between themselves and not focussed on the service. Food was very average and didn’t just the prices. Pool and leisure facilities were lovely. Overall a good, relaxing stay."
