"Parking was easy, however there is a median so you need to be on the proper side of the street. Quite a bit away from everything but still a quick drive to downtown and cheaper option than those hotels. Beds were fine although what looks like a quilt is actually another thin top sheet. Original room AC was broken so we got moved no problem, however the second room had no TV in it. "

"The hotel was clean and staff was nice. When I travel I get hotels with breakfast included. They said they had breakfast which the guy the checked us in said there would be eggs, yougurt, muffins, oatmeal. When i came down at 7 there was only oatmeal and muffins. They had no bowls or silverware for oatmeal or hot water to use on oatmeal. Came back down at 8 same thing was disappointed in false advertisement"

"The woman at the front desk was rude, unhelpful and degrading. When she saw other customers looking at her she suddenly tried to be helpful and mysteriously charged an extra $5 to add another name to the check in I will never stay there again "

"I first arrived and needed to call on my cell phone to another cell phone because the in-house wasn’t operational. Waiting to check-in I learned the elevator isn’t working. I will be fixed maybe tomorrow. We only had rooms on the 3rd floor. Okay, things happen. Thinking I can go to the room and relax and watch tv. Nope there wasn’t a connection. "Unfriendly check-in, and the room wasn’t properly cleaned - there were old sheets and food in the pull out couch. However, the space was large, breakfast was good, and the location near the highway was convenient."

"Self check in was easier than I expected. It was just annoying that I had to access my email every time we needed to unlock our room door. It was in a good location, close to many restaurants, but not within walking distance to many of the sights. There was no onsite parking, but we found a parking garage about a five minute walk away for $20 a day.
