"I understand that the average temperature in Houston is very somewhat hot, but in this particular couple of days we had that winter cold Varese that hit the southern states and the heat in the hotel as far as in the lobby everywhere was not adequate enough, some of the staff was very rude overpriced menus not adequate English being spoken throughout the hotel in the staff."

"403.00 is way to much for the rooms at this location. The pictures they have on there website or on google is not correct this place is really ran down and the lady in the front seemed annoyed to help a person even gave dirty look when asked a question and walks off and long wait for the gentleman to come help. the room i was given was not clean at all the floors and walls was dirty everywhere on them hair all over the place in the room including in the bed and the toliet works when it wants...

"Only stayed a few hours. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Got a few restaurants and gas station with walkable distance. Not very quiet area and no gated fence so lock your vehicle good."

"I read the reviews before I made the reservation. I cant believe they were about the same place. The room is basic . Clean. Towels are cheap and worn. The room had a vague cigarette smell. The front desk staff were just ok. Not rude, but not necessarily friendly. It was ok for the price. But I wont be back."
