"Chris greeted us at check-out and noticed we were a family of 4. He offered us a complimentary upgrade to a king suite, as he saw there was availability. He was incredibly hospitable. The breakfast selection was very good and the entire hotel was clean and well kept. "

"When we checked in the security in the hotel kept us in the car for approxametily half an hour to see if there is a reservation and they kept saying that there is no reservation after arguing with them and we had to make expedia call them to check us in, the ad on expedia said parking was free but they made us pay.
After more than 40 mins I check in, I drove 4 hours from Houston to be met with such staff, awful, not recommended."

"We have been staying at this location for the past four years when it was a Drury Inn and had been very happy while my daughter was in college. The management always looked and dressed professional. The lobby was clean and cool the happy hour, and the breakfast was really nice now that the Wyndham is taken over. I stayed there two weeks ago and then graduation weekend this weekend in the air-conditioning in the lobby was still out no happy hour. They were just now putting up signs for the hotel...

"Housekeeping came to my room and left us with no towel (1 towel for 3 people in the room. It was a suite so obviously we had more than one person. I had asked for more coffee pods in my room, and told them all I had left was tea. So they brought 4 more teas up. Kinda frustrating, but I like the hotel nonetheless."
