"Such a beautiful resort ! Gorgeous views from the room, heated pool is so warm! Love the hot tubs and the room. Bed is super comfortable and housecoats are amazing ! The only thing I could comment on negatively is the restaurant service, only 4 tables there and the service was so slow. Would also be nice if they had a breakfast option at the hotel so you could relax and not have to leave the resort. "

"When I booked there was very little information about the breakfast other than “full breakfast” so here it is, it is scrambled eggs everyday with alternating over cooked bacon that is paper thin, to a breakfast sausage, there is a pancake machine, toast and crappy English muffins there is also muffins from Tim Hortons. Personally I feel the up charge from a continental breakfast to this was not worth it."

"We stayed overnight while driving through. What a beautiful location. I would love to stay again so we could enjoy it more. Any staff we encountered were excellent. Room was clean. Specifically we noticed how clean the sheets and towels were. Rooms show some wear but was not an issue. Would stay here again. "

"The hotel is doing Reno’s. We had to come back to check in as our room wasn’t ready. Staff was very nice. Stayed for 2 days and our room didn’t get cleaned on the second day. Front check in and out staff was excellent. "

"We booked for my mother in laws 91st birthday and will probably book a different hotel next time. The 5 pm check in time is ridiculous. We live in town and get a hotel a couple times a year in town. We booked watermark and asked for an early check in. We were told twice it shouldn’t be a big deal as it’s still slow season. We showed up at 3 and were told the room wasn’t ready but they will get right on it. We left and picked up MIL and came back about an hour later and it still wasn’t ready. We were willing to pay for an early check I "
