Hermoso lugar, ambiente familiar, todas las habitaciones son en planta baja buen punto para adulto mayor, acceso a silla de ruedas desde el estacionamiento. Lugar para estar en las disfrutando un descanso del duda adía de la ciudad y el trabajo

Al inicio no respetaron mi reservación, diciendo que el día que llegue expedida les había mandado la reservación y que el bungalow que había reservado ya estaba ocupado, sin embargo, me resolvieron de manera satisfactoria respetandome el precio pactado a través de expedida. Como consejo una vez que reserven confirmen con el lugar que cuentan con tu reservacion. Fuera de eso todo bien con el lugar.

La propiedad esta hermosa, cuenta con espacios amplios y muchos arboles. La piscina aun que en buenas condiciones el agua no esta limpia y creo que ni tiene cloro. El dia que llegamos el hotel estaba solo, no habia otros huespedes, rentamos una cabaña y todo estuvo muy bien, al dia siguiente ya hubo mas actividad pero de igual forma todo estuvo bien, las areas recreativas estan lo suficientemente lejos de los cuartos y las cabañas. tambien cuentan con demsadias palapas y sillones para estar con tu familia aun que haya mucha gente. lo unico que no me gusto es que en recepcion al momento de cobrar me dijeron que no tenian forma de generarme mi recibo por el pago, que me lo mandarian a mi correo, cosa que nunca paso. Todo salio bien pero preocupa que pagues mas de $9000 pesos y que no puedan darte un recibo con que reclamar. otra cosa... hay perros en la propiedad, pero son muy dociles y la verdad eso si me gusto porque se nota que estan agusto, aun que toman agua de la alberca, ahi me di cuenta que no tiene nada de cloro jaja

La entrada fue rápida. Inicialmente nos dieron una habitación qie olía muy mal y no funcionaba el minisplit. De mantenimiento fueron a revisar pero no funcionó y nos cambiaron a una mucho mejor. Revisar las habitaciones antes de entregarlas ya que la primera parecía estaba muy vieja y mal oriente. La alberca bien y las áreas verdes muy bonitas.
