"Kevin at concierge was extremely helpful and friendly. Stevo at the front desk and Javier at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Paulson at the restaurant was friendly and accommodating. Pool was smaller than expected. Pool grounds could be kept cleaner. Rooms could be renovated and towels had stains. Free shuttle into town and airport was useful. Look out for free goodies in the lobby during different times of the day."

"The comforter and shower curtain liner didn’t appear to be very clean. Also, we’ve never been to a hotel that doesn’t do basic maintenance to the rooms. We requested new towels at 8am so we could have clean ones to shower with and by the time we got back at 4pm they weren’t outside our door so we had to request them again. We had to request new bed sheets to make our bed feel clean again. Lastly, the sink didn’t drain. Everything else about the property was great."

"Absolutely horrible stay. It took over an hour to get the key code. The place looks like an unfinished Boy Scout project. Everything is old and dirty and rusty . Cigarette butts on the beach. Everything is rundown and damaged. I don’t believe that there was even a credible architect building this place. I felt like I was in a horror movie. Last but not least We found out that the place is for sale…..No wonder !"

"Overall, our stay was okay, but it did not quite meet the expectations we typically have for a Hilton property. There were several positive aspects of our visit. "10 out of 10 hotel. Very chill atmosphere. Great for families, couples, or even just a solo trip. The restaurant inside the restaurant was excellent. The pool and tiki bar attached were perfect with great drinks and good food to hold you over til dinner. The room was great. We had a room with a view of the marina and it was perfect. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. My wife and I will definitely be back."

"Great Stay with Excellent Shuttle Service! We recently stayed for 1 night during our Key West vacation and had a very pleasant experience overall. Location – The hotel is conveniently located close to the Key West downtown area. What really stood out was the complimentary shuttle service that runs every hour to Downtown/Mallory Square—extremely convenient and saved us from driving and paying for parking. "Tranquilo acogedor"

"The mattresses were so comfortable! They supplied everything we needed. The house was clean but the floors could have been vacuumed and mopped better! By going barefoot, we had to wipe our feet off to get in bed. We didn't get to try the restaurant, it didn't open till 11. We would have had breakfast every morning if it opened earlier. Most everyone was gone before 11 though!"
