"The owner was very supportive when Expedia completely stuffed up my reservation! I was told I came the week before! Luckily the owner was kind and understanding to let me use the only available room, which was very nice. Roomy, comfy, all you needed. Wifi was no good so hot spot. Convenient location near shops. Quiet at night I will never use Expedia again. But Bay and Basin was value for money."

"No breakfast available except on weekends. Clean room, great shower, adequate storage. Wish there were more outlets, washcloths, and outdoor deck could use a sweep for cobwebs. Tim and the gals in the office were very nice. Loved that there were screens on all doors and windows, kept bugs to a minimum. Beautiful night sky views from the deck. Highly recommend eating at the White Rose Brasserie at the Bowling club. Also great prices on winesand a small 🎰 🙂. Lots od kangaroos in the nearby...

"We had a wonderful stay at Sinclairs Country Retreat. The private rooms are very comfortable, and we were lucky to have a lovely terrace overlooking the garden, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The owners were kind and friendly. Breakfast was very good overall; in my opinion, it could be improved with a bit more fresh fruit and some savory options (such as eggs and ham). Overall, the price-quality ratio is excellent, and we would definitely recommend staying here."

I informed admin staff via email and a wonderful lady at reception by the name of Jessica upgraded rooms for our wives & also left them a complementary bag of chocolates made by a local confectionery business.
