"O quarto não estava nas melhores condições de higiene e o cheiro das roupas de cama, do quarto em si, estava super forte. O banheiro estava com o lixo completamente cheio, só foi trocado 1x por dia e também tinha um cheiro ruim forte. O check-in não é difícil mas é totalmente virtual, não vimos ninguém durante toda estadia."

"The location is amazing. You can walk to any of the cities attractions from this location. The ac kept our room cold and they offered complimentary water bottles. Even though it was in the center of everything the room was quiet and we heard no outside noises. The beds were super comfy and the bunk held my 2 teenage sons fine. We would definitely stay here again."

"All digital check in and correspondence. Had issues with door, and delayed response. There is no person to talk to, it’s done online through a bot. Registering was online, with glitches in the process. Basement room, smelled like a basement, damp, leaky shower. Poor signage, and hard to find at night. No refund on cancellation. Only redeeming things were, good location, and quiet, otherwise avoid ."

"Este no es un Hotel sino un departamento que rentan por habitaciones. Ofrecen en hoteles.com la mejor habitacion del apartamento pero al llegar te la cambian por una mas pequeña y sencilla sin baño privado. Le rentan la misma habitacion a varios huespedes y al final se configura la estafa que repiten ciclicamente. Ofrecen lavanderia y no la dejan usar. Luego se hace reclamacion y no aceptan lonque hacen. Muy mal lugar nada recomendado. La habitacion tiene mala la cerradura y se hace insegura....
