"Mala comunicación ,cobrando un impuesto usando una terminologia inapropiada por parte del personal del hotel no es la constitucion es por una norma del SRI e igual el cobro es inapropiada ya que habla de una devolucion pero dicha devolucion no se podría ejecutar sin pagar dicho impuesto el me habla ..."
