Es un hotel con un mal servicio, reserve una habitación con cama queen y me dan una habitación con cama matrimonial, las almohadas parecían una hoja de lo delgada y las sábanas estaban viejas, la alberca no es nada parecida a como sale en la foto, cabían como 10 personas y es mucho, pedí que me pusieran una mesita y una silla y no me prestaron atención, tuve que irme para otro lado ya que no pude disfrutar de las instalaciones, en otras ocasiones me he quedado en este tipo de hotel y la verdad que decepción me lleve en esta ocasión.. Definitivamente esta franquicia del HOTEL ONE YA NO ES UNA OPCIÓN PARA MÍ la pasé fatal.. me sentí estafada con lo que pagué que mal servicio todo.

Si tú objetivo es únicamente ir a meterte a la alberca, es una buena opción; es lo mejor la propiedad (climatizada, limpia, con chapoteadero y Jacuzzi). Lo que no me gustó es que las llaves de más habitaciones se desconfiguraban constantemente y no puedes subir ni al elevador. No hay restaurante en la propiedad, solo habilitan una zona para el desayuno buffet (básico) y ya. No puedes salir caminando de la propiedad.

Podrian mejorar el desayuno es muy basico, huevos revueltos, chilaquiles, frijoles, cereal, jugo y cafe y fruta. La alberca excelente es calientita y muy bien sus instalaciones. Excelente servicios por parte del personal
