Llegue una hora después del check in y me dijeron qué mis habitaciones no estaban listas, ademas de que no tenian internet. El desayuno "continental" es publicidad engañosa en la recepcion tienen un letrero de que solo es jugo, cafe y pan. Decidi no quedarme ya que para mi era indispensable contar con internet y asi me hicieron el cargo de las 3 habitaciones por que le puesieron "no show" siendo que yo si llegue pero ellosnmo podiam brindarme los servicios que ofrecen

Para empezar cuando llegue, no habia nadie atendiendo tuvimos que esperar como 10 mins, no habia toallas, no tenian agua para tomar incluso fui a recepcion y tampoco tenian agua, tuve que caminar a una tienda para conseguir, no lo recomiendo

En la fotografías se veía muy bonito el hotel. Pero a la hora de ver el cuarto, paredes despintadas, el espejo manchado, el ventilador sonaba mucho, arañas en el cuarto y palomillas; no tenía mosquiteros. En cuanto a las instalaciones, la fuente con ranas muertas, la alberca estaba cerrada, el desayuno continental solo de 9:00am a 10:00am y si uno quería desayunar huevo o algo más había que avisar con un día de anticipación. Le falta mucho mantenimiento ! pero también hay que admitir que las sabanas, cuarto y baños muy limpios.

No me hospedé porque nada de lo que decía por internet fue verdad. No había frigobar, ni horno, ni alberca y la habitación fatal. A pesar de todo ello, no me permitieron cancelar y me cobraron la estancia. Por cierto, por dos noches eran 1745 y me cobraron 2745. Expedía no pudo hacer nada tampoco!

Ninguna comunicación para entregar la habitación. Sin internet. La tele no sirve. No hay papel de baño. Una cobija ligera para usar y el frío es intenso. Toallas ligeras muy pequeñas. Y hay peligro en el camino hacia el cuarto, resbaloso.

Las habitaciones que ofrecen en la página de Expedia se ven muy diferentes a la que nos ofrecieron. Están en mal estado, huelen demasiado a humedad. Los sanitarios deteriorados, las paredes sucias y manchadas por la humedad, las camas muy duras y las toallas mal lavadas. No llega el Internet a las habitaciones, no hay señal de televisión. Los espejos ya se ven muy viejos, y lo peor de todo es que no tuvimos agua caliente hasta que la fuimos a exigir. Espero que realmente mejoren porque no somos los únicos que no regresaremos a ese hotel.

Nos salimos y no nos quedamos porque el “hotel” parece un congal, no recomiendo quedarse para nada, todo está bastante mal. Aparte son unos ladrones no nos devolvieron nuestro dinero aunque no nos quedamos. No reserven ahí, hay mucho mejores opciones.

La habitación que me destinaron no tienen nada que ver con las fotos con las cuales se promocionan. El hotel no quedaba cerca del centro de la ciudad que visité, tal como lo describían en la página. Ese mismo día que llegué al hotel tuve que buscar otro en mejores condiciones para instalarme. Que mal que engañen a la gente de esa forma.

Muy mala la atención, en ocaciones no había gente en la recepción, no habia agua en la habitación tuvimos que pedir que la suministraran, en la regadera del baño las paredes no estaban del todo limpias, ofrecen un desayuno que no es desayuno solo pan de caja y cafe y no hay otra cosa, pudiendo la propiedad en si esta bonita, pero el servicio deja mucho que desear, por el precio que manejan espera un mejor servicio.
