"Check in process was very easy! Unit was clean. Location was okay. Unfortunately, my unit was right next to the street and the construction crew started at 7am each morning. You can hear the train as well. "

"Very responsive and we didn’t have to worry about anything. It was all smooth sailing. We got to the property 30 min walk with an 8 and 6 year old from King’s Cross and it was a beautiful walk. Lots of cool stops. There were Restaurants beneath the property a the cathedral just down the road, it peeks through to Watling Street and the cobbled path makes it romantic. In the evening of our arrival we cross Southwark bridge and listened to some live Jimi Hendrix and ate fancy cookies. The next day...

"Appartment set up with fridge and ability to prepare your own food. Very good bed, small bathroom but functional. Very good shower. All nice and clean. Located in Wood Wharf near Union Square. Subway within 5min walk. Restaurants and bar nearby. Would definitely recommend"

"Fulfilled our families needs as a base to explore London. Sleeper couch was needing replacement. "

"We were given a smelly basement room. Our view was an actual hallway traversed by other visitors. Would shocking be the word for that? No “front desk” so no front desk contact people. My advice which I will take moving forward: Stay in a proper hotel!"

"Reasonable sized studio apartment (a Classic) but the double bed was a tight fit meaning that there was no room for bedside tables or cabinets and the bed could only be accessed from one side. Not great for access and egress particularly in the middle of the night! Excellent location, very quiet and quite central. Very left staff. Quiet garden area and a good breakfast each day. We would certainly return but probably upgrade our room choice next time."

"Generally clean and spacious. Problems that rated it poorly are, It is over the tube station and the room vibrate constantly when tubes are running. We were on the 3rd floor. The door all bang hard because they are closers. You can hear the neighbour rooms also constantly banging. It is extremely annoying - especially at night. TV station is only terrestrial - basic TV. No streaming services allowed or even screen sharing, Aircon units - not built-into the rooms. The duct has to...

"The property is well maintained. The room had great amenities and access to more if needed. The little kitchenette had everything we needed. The room (standard double) is small, but we only needed to sleep and shower mostly. If you're looking for a large room, make sure you review options available. Location was close to underground, restaurants and groceries. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend."
