só fiquei chocado em cobrarem até talheres e pratos pra emprestar pro hospede, ja foi pago caro na diária do hotel e cobrar isso é complicado. fora que cobraram o estacionamento tb acho isso um absurdo, proxima vez vou no concorrente.

Hotel não é moderno, solicitei uma troca de apartamento pois o ar condicionado era do antigo, a troca foi feita sem dificuldades. O restaurante do hotel é ótimo porém existe uma dificuldade para substituição de guarnição por exemplo trocar arroz por salada. Eles querem seguir o cardápio na risca.
