Khách sạn Çukuraltı Mahallesi

"The room was lovely. The pool is beautiful. The spa is very nice, albeit the showers are not. The food is definitely not 5 star. There is a lot of choice but mainly no flavour and cols or overlooked. Also, Expedia charged me an extra £192, which I wasn't informed about prior to booking. Its a nice hotel but the location is poor and definitely overpriced"

"Everything was good"

"It was a nice place to stay. It was listed as a 5 star hotel, everything was very good, but it is more like a 2-1/2 star hotel."

"It was a wonderful spot to stay overnight after visiting Ephesus. It is part of Lucien Arkas vineyard. They gave a tour of the vineyard which produces 1 million bottle organic wine. There are two elegant restaurants. Ms Yasemin gave a wonderful tour of the place including archeological sites inside the property. Everyone is so wonderful from reception to restaurants."

"The hotel was in a nice spot We had them do some laundry and the service was excellent. The bathroom had a musty smell and wasn’t the cleanest."

"In a excellent location absolutely everything you need is all walking distance also staff are very helpful"

"From the outside, the hotel looks great but things change dramatically once you’re inside. We booked the Kings Cottage with an outdoor Jacuzzi that didn’t work. The shower was quite moldy, the gym had barely and working equipment. Honestly for the money I paid, it was not a good return. Staff seemed unhappy to be there and provided little customer service beyond checking us in/out."

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Elite World at Kusadasi. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the entire experience feel warm and comfortable. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable, creating a relaxing environment throughout our visit. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay, and I would happily return with my family and friends."

"Es increíble q estando en un hotel de lujo no te den agua para beber y te la cobren. Pésimo detalle! Además las paredes d ellos cuartos se escuchaba todo de cuarto a cuarto."

"Das Personal war sehr hilfreich. Das Frühstück war reichlich. Leider haben wir am letzten Tag die Frühstückszeiten verpasst. Das Personal war jedoch so nett für uns noch ein Frühstück zuzubereiten. Super nett!"

"NA"

"Don’t book Penhouse Suite, I booked the hotel the same day, so regular rooms are gone. This Penhouse is actually an attic, which is fine for us at the beginning, we arrive at night and leave in the morning, just one night stay, all I need is a clean room with parking space to stay. I didn’t expect much, but the room is so dark, so if you ask me if the room clean or not, I cannot tell you, I cannot see things clearly. Also it doesn’t has a real bathroom, all it has is a no door toilet and...

"Quaint hotel with lovely , helpful staff and nice views from the restaurant and pool area."

"Otelin yeri iyi ve odalar temiz"

"This hotel was just perfect for us. Not only was it clean and the staff very kind, but the hotel itself is very charming and comfortable."
