"Room not been cleaned on checking in at 4pm , we were given a key to a dirty ,unserviced room and then not given an alternative room until 8.30 pm. It was chaos as many other guests with same issue! Breakfast was £18 extra and was absolutely dreadful. So disappointed to see this lovely old hotel ..."
