"The room was very outdated. The bathroom specifically needed better cleaning. There was mold on the shower curtains, and they did not remove the dirty towels; they were left on the floor in a corner. They did not provide toilet tissue, and the key had to be fixed twice during our stay. There is a lot of room for improvement. "

"This was the most disappointing stay I’ve ever experienced. My sisters and I booked a “penthouse suite” advertised as 2 bed/2 bath for a wedding trip, but the unit was completely misrepresented. The space was extremely dark with little natural light and felt nothing like a penthouse. The bedrooms were so small we couldn’t fit our luggage, and the layout was cramped enough that I aggravated a pre-existing knee injury. It’s also inaccurately listed—it’s only 1.5 baths. There was a strong mold/sewage odor throughout. The shutters were broken (one wouldn’t open, another wouldn’t close), and due to wind, heavy curtains even knocked over a vase. The toilets were also clogged during our stay. We reported these issues multiple times. A staff member, Johnathan, acknowledged the problems, but nothing was resolved. Communication was poor and misleading—we were led to believe help was coming, but it never did. Instead, we were told to pay extra for another room. The final issue: we woke up on the day of the wedding to no power and no running water. Due to misrepresentation, unsanitary conditions, and lack of resolution, I am seeking a full refund. I would strongly advise others not to book this property."

"I loved this place! The room was a little far and downhill but to me it didn’t matter because as soon as I opened the door to my room I was greeted to a balcony room overlooking a beautiful ocean view! I slept the whole night with the door to the balcony open just to hear the waves crashing! The pools were perfect! We order food and drinks! There’s also a lot to explore around the property such as hiking trails and kayaking! And the beach was probably top 5 most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen in my life! A true vacation spot for me! Loved it!"
