"The room was very comfortable, and cleaned spotlessly every day. The breakfast was varied and tasty and it was a delight to sit out enjoying eating it in the peaceful and beautiful gardens. The staff couldnt have been more helpful and were always smilling. We stayed there for 2 weeks except for 4 days climbing Mount Meru. I'd recomend that too, but that wasnt quite as relaxing as my stay here. Thanks to everybody for a super memorable stay. I will be back for sure. Em."

"the facility is good. some stain in the bathroom and toilet. Breakfast is ok. The management is not attentive. The receptionist did not even have reservation when I checked in after I booked through Hotel.com a day before. I had to wait for half an hour for her to contact the manager, who is not onsite."

"Decent rooms. Properties right next door were under full construction which was irritating. Lunch took 2.5 hours with 1 other table in the restaurant. Would have taken much longer if we had not kept pushing. We had not set in 36 hours and just wanted an easy meal. That is why we stayed at the hotel. We ended up not being able to nap that afternoon due to the horribly slow service. Then upon checkout the front desk insisted to my lady friend that the room needed to be paid after it was prepaid....
