"Melvin in preferred club was fantastic, helped us get an upgrade for a reasonable price. Daniel O our concierge was great. The room was fantastic. Wife got food poisoning so we couldn’t go out much. Water was unbeatable. VIP preferred beach area gets very packed very early so be sure to go down and reserve seat. The music is crazy load until about 11pm. Maybe a concern if you are trying to put a little one down. Will not come back but it was a good experience; check off bucket list. Marlin bartender was fantastic I do not know her name but made amazing drinks also Branion at Preferred club deck beach bar"
