"Booked for parking but the carpark was full, thankfully a staff member moved his car so I could park there. Shower was terrible, no pressure. Air con was noisy. This was obviously a premium hotel in its heyday but now its showing its age. A pity because the location is good."

"When we arrived at the room, we discovered that the TV wasn’t working and the main light wouldn’t turn on. Sadly, we didn’t realise this until it was dark and the front desk staff had already left. So, we had to spend the whole evening without enough light or access to the TV. My son tried to keep himself entertained by going to the pool, but it was also cold, so he ended up glued to his mobile phone to pass the time."
