"My rating of 5 stars based on knowing I was getting what I was booking. I was flying early the next morning and wanted a stay that was cheap and included breakfast and shuttle to the airport. "Our room was cleaned twice a day. Staff was always nice and friendly. The resort is quiet, well maintained, and lovely with an open beach to watch sunsets. Buffet breakfast offer lots of options including native food dishes and an omelette station every morning. There is also a swimming up bar at the pool that serve good cocktail drinks. I would stay there again."

"Basic room, nice staffs and good location. But. They allow smokers to smoke on the top floor patio which causes the entire building to smell like cigs. Even during the Breakfast hours, they allow smoking resulting in second hand smoking for breakfast. There's no wifi. Towels are dingy. Door has a gap which allows unruly tourists noise and cigarette smells to come in. We requested early breakfast box the day before in the morning but we did not get any as the cook did not show up. "Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Only one drawback: It was a bit confusing entering the cafe/restaurant area for dinner & breakfast because there was nobody at front to greet me, show me to a table and give me a menu. It was almost 10 mins after I sat down before a waiting staff member came over. Otherwise, I would rate the hotel as “good”."

"The property itself is fine within expectations the staff was friendly and helpful. The area is pretty remote though and if you fly in late, getting food is not an option, nor is getting transportation. But I was able to use Grab Food to get meals delivered to me. It's a good place if you're in for a short stay to do a day trip to Komodo."

"Pros: helpful and nice staff, clean bedroom and bathroom. Cons: absolute lack of maintenance, the hotel was build few years ago and since then there was no maintenance at all. Paint is peeling of the walls and ceiling, gardens without flowers, common areas look like construction yard, there is no space to hang around, sit together, etc. Fotos has been taken in the time the hotel was opened. Now it looks much different."

"We've been very impressed with this place so far. The main downside is that it's a good ways outside of downtown Labuan Bajo, but honestly, that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's still a short drive or Grab ride into town and they offered pick up and drop off to the property included. The villa itself is beautiful. "A fun and unique place to stay, with incredible ocean views! As other reviewers mentioned, there are a lot of stairs/difficult walkways to navigate, so this is not accessible for everyone. However, if you are capable of making the journey, it is well worth it, for a hotel unlike any I've experienced before.
