"Beautiful property. Clean. Would stay here again."

"Clean, quiet, comfy. A favorite stay when we come this way!"

"Lack of ADA accommodations"

"A great location; clean; cozy; beautiful setting; pleasant staff"

"Staff was very accommodating and nice."

"Mouse in room | High price, low value Around 12am on our 3rd night, we awoke to sounds of a mouse scurrying around. We opened the doors and scooted it out onto the second story patio. Checking the room, we then found several droppings. We called front desk, who told us there were no rooms we could move to. They sent cleaners to vacuum our room and change bedding, which finished about 1am. The next morning, we spoke with the front desk manager, who offered to refund our resort fees ($55 per...

"The hotel felt like home away from home. When traveling to Santa Fe, I will always make it a priority to stay at Hotel Glorieta. I loved and enjoyed my experience there."

"Had a great stay. Comfortable, breakfast"

"The room was cold and the thermostat wasn’t responding so we had to call twice to get someone to come up. The ventilation system was noisy and we asked about changing rooms but were advised they were all noisy. We checked out a new room and it was, in fact, just as noisy. When we got up the next morning, there was tray outside the door across the hall with a plate of a half eaten waffle, etc. I called and reported the tray still not being picked up that evening and it was still there when we...

"Location, staff, breakfast - all great!"

Few things that brought the rating down: 1. The breakfast was mediocre. They do scrambled eggs but they did not taste good even once. The cut fruits were not fresh - they appeared to have come from syrup and were very sweet. The Coffee was good. 2. The carpets are VERY old and did not look clean. 3. There was neither water...

"This hotel was perfectly placed for walking to restaurants, museums, and shopping. It was quiet, and comfortable. The character of the inn was just what we were looking for in visiting Santa Fe. I definitely would stay there again. I really can’t say enough good things about this place."

"The rooms are cute and retro, but a bit worn out and tired. Loose tiles in the bathroom made closing the door tricky. We didn't have heat the first day/night, when we asked about it they said it just takes a while to warm up..well it never did, we reported it the next morning, and it got fixed fairly quickly. Parking is super tight, if you have a larger vehicle, it can be tricky. Breakfast was very minimal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, and dry cereal. It did the trick, but nothing special. The idea...
