"We did a last minute booking , just a few hrs. before we checked in. To our surprise the room was big and very clean with all amenities. The staff was friendly and helped us with the town info. The breakfast was standard and well maintained. Loved that they have lots of parking."

"I stayed at this hotel 5 years ago, in the exact same room. Not much had changed, except owners. Great location if you have a dog with you as you are only a block from Pioneer Park and quiet neighborhoods. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. The only complaint was the condition of the tub. It was not very clean; the bathroom was overall clean, good towels, but I'm a stickler for a clean showering area. Maybe the tub needs to be reglazed. Very reasonable price."

"Stay away. We checked in - and 90 minutes later, checked out. The room had not been updated since the '70s - shag carpet, a TV with a picture so dark it was hard to make out. It's in a bad part of town - the Arby's across the street locked its dining room doors, providing only drive-thru, presumably because the people in the area. The only redeeming quality was the manager on duty who refunded our money."

"Don’t recommend this place. Advertised as a refreshing pool and it looks like there hadn’t been water in the pool for a long time. Light switch covers were dirty! We ride motorcycles and look forward to getting off the bikes and into a pool. The courteous thing to do would have been to let us know About the pool ahead of time and we could have canceled! Coffee and breakfast weren’t good. Had ironing board but no iron"

This two-story hotel lacks an escalator, which would be helpful for guests with mobility issues. The bathrooms are quite small, and the sink is located outside the main bathroom area. "Check in was 3pm. Arrived and room wasn’t ready. Had to wait an hour to be able to access. Faucet in bathroom sink drained very slow. Property was dirty around facility. Pool area was cluttered and want available to use. Would not stay there again."
