The hotel and staff were very nice and the room was clean and large. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had many options. Our only complaint is that the elevators are quite slow when many guests are headed to breakfast, and there would sometimes be a 7 minute wait for an elevator. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff was great! The TV needed to be replaced in Room 1603. There was some mold in the shower. The A/C was non-functional, for heating, cooling, and fan., or the power was turned off. I did not report this to the staff as I was only there for two nights. I was scheduled to stay there one more night, after a three day trip, but I canceled and booked another hotel.

Poderia melhorar

Não gostei do atendimento inicial, café da manhã lotado, tomei café em um dos dias em pé por falta de assento, o hotel nao suporta a quantidade de hóspedes na refeição citada. Quarto bem espaçoso e com acessibilidade para deficientes, cama bastante desconfortável, aparentemente quebrada.
