10.00 für check out ist einfach zu früh. Einchecken ab 14.00 ist ok. Wenn das Aparthotel gewillt ist auch die kleinigkeiten zu verbessern, sind sie auf dem richtigen weg.

Sorpresa. Le spese di pulizia.

Accoglienza, servizi e vista dalla camera buoni. Peccato che al bar non servano cibo semplice come toast e panini. Infine abbiamo avuto una brutta sorpresa quando al momento del check out ci hanno fatto pagare 40 euro in piu per i costi di pulizia che non erano inclusi o menzionati nel totale da pagare nella struttura, se non nelle condizioni generali di pagamento (in cui erano indicati 35 euro e non 40) . Abbiamo ritenuto questa modalità di pagamento molto scorretta in termini di trasparenza e concorrenza nei confronti delle altre strutture.

CONSIGLIATISSIMO

OTTIMA SOLUZIONE, è situato proprio VICINO AL LAGO DI SAN VALENTINO ALLA MUTA(200 METRI A PIEDI INIZIA IL PERCORSO CHE GIRA ATTORNO AL LAGO) e a 100 passi dagli impianti di risalita per la Malga si San Valentino (da dove partono tanti sentieri bellissimi) Abbiamo preso 2 stanze doppie, ma una aveva anche un soppalco con un letto matrimoniale (un pò scomoda la scaletta) Cucina essenziale ma priva di forno a microonde Bel balcone spazioso (chiedete camere lato montagna ed al terzo piano....sennò niente soppalco e niente bella vista) Adiacente alla struttura un supermarket ed un ottimo rent a bike (anche con e-bike), inoltre diversi ristoranti e pizzerie e anche una chiesa (siete proprio al centro del paese di San Valentino alla muta) Cambio biancheria su richiesta (gratuito) Pulizia camera su richiesta (a pagamento) Costo utilizzo cucina euro 35, ma se come noi non l'avete mai usata, fatelo presente perchè vi defalcheranno la somma dal conto Parcheggio disponibile e gratuito Al piano terra c'è anche un bar, sia per le vostre colazioni che per un dessert Presente anche una piccola piscina, una piccola sauna ed una stanza con ping pong e bigliardino e qualche altro giochino per i bimbi Stanza per parcheggiare le vostre bici o i vostri sci WI-FI BUONO IN TUTTA LA STRUTTURA Gentili sia le proprietarie che tutto il personale Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene e lo consigliamo , così come consigliamo la Val Venosta , per le vacanze estive ed invernali

L'appartamento e' ben strutturato e pulito, ottima accoglienza da parte della receptionist. E' situato sulla statale che risulta essere tranquilla durante la notte, ha un parcheggio antistante e sul retro , ideale per chi viaggia in moto.

Bellissima esperienza

Abbiamo soggiornato in appartamento per 4 persone, ben riscaldato, con balcone vista pista da sci. Il personale alla reception molto dispinibile e gentile, ci hanno dato tutte le info necessarie per muoverci in zona. Comodo il mini market adiacente alla struttura. Posizione strategica per visitare il lago di Resia e altri paesini caratteristici. Il confine con l'Austria dista appena 10 km. Esperienza che ci ha soddisfatto in tutto. Unico appunto, forse un po' esagerata la cifra delle pulizie finali se rapportato anche ad appartamenti piccoli.

Kurztrip Südtirol.

Wir waren mit fünf Personen unterwegs. 2 Erwachsene und drei Kinder. Wir hatten nur Übernachtung gebucht. Alles kein Problem. Eine Bäckerei befindet sich ca. 30m vom Hotel entfernt und ein Lebensmittelladen befindet sich direkt im EG. Klasse Gegend, optimal für Wanderungen.

Ideale per Celiaci e per famiglie

Ottima soluzione per una vacanza con famiglia. La posizione è ideale sia per i sentieri che per le piste ciclabili. A piano terra dello stesso fabbricato trovi un super market, un nolo bici e un'ottima pizzeria che se vuoi propone anche pizze senza glutine.

Very nice hotel although not on-site 24hr service

Great location in a beautiful area. Clean, quiet. Friendly staff — however, Wednesday is "early closing" so you need to phone to be let in, but the person lives just across the road and is happy to come quickly. Sauna & pool 8.30 till 8 but locked after that. Bar/café (except Weds) so coffee & croissant can be got for breakfast. Slightly odd pricing structure, involving paying extra if using the kitchen in the apartments, but in the end we didn't use it so paid pretty much (though not exactly) what we expected. The view from the room is the mountain (not the lake) but is very nice, and there are swallows nesting in the roof :) I would recommend and be happy to stay again, but would pre-arrange arrival time for peace of mind.

Best customer service ever!

Great stay. We were touring Italian alps on weekend and needed tire replacement on our rental car. Difficult to find auto help on a weekend in remote location. The manager called all mechanics in area and none were open. She then called friends for recommendations and located a retired mechanic who was able to help us in his sons shop. We would have had to delay rest of our trip, if not for this lovely lady's efforts to go above and beyond to help us. Top notch service and much appreciated!

Schönes, herzliches Hotel

Das Hotel wird sehr familier geführt und wirkt sehr herzlich. Die Teile des Gebäudes, welche neu renoviert sind, sind sehr gelungen! Fals man sich für ein Frühstück im Hotel entschliesst, wird man sicher nicht enteuscht (schön angerichtet und gute Auswahl)!
