Checkin was easy. Staff polite and helpful. Our room we were a bit surprised. The rooms look contemporary and smart in the photos but actually they’re not. The room was small ( cell/ dorm like) and neglected needs updating. The AC in our room didn’t work properly and it’s old. They were hazards too. ...

Loved our stay at The Abbey! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Parking was easy but we didn't need to use our car much as it is close to the town for restaurants and supermarket. Tge staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again bext time in Goulburn.
