"I first stayed at a single room on the third floor and that was lovely and not noisy. But later had to change to the first floor, no view and very very noisy. The walls are extremely thin so you can hear what they are talking about next door. The room was also very very cold! The bed had plenty of blankets so no problem to sleep but the floor was so cold. "Son una ESTAFA , cuando llegamos al lugar supuestamente ellos ya no eran los dueños y no eran los dueños , pero lo más que hablamos con ellos nos dimos cuenta que si lo eran y que estaban encargados de la propiedad y que solo decidieron darle a nuestra habitación a otras personas . Si no fue que expedía nos da la opción de pagar en el lugar hubiéramos pagado dos veces . Tenga cuidado antes de hacer una reservación con este lugar en específico."

"We loved staying at Casona La Recoleta! We were traveling with 4 children, and this hotel was perfect. There was a loft with beds for the kids and a second bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with food every morning, which was super convenient and good. We would have stayed here the entire week, but they were booked the second half of our stay. "Kori Gems had a very unique, Peruvian feel to it. The staff were wonderfully helpful. We had so many questions and requests for assistance, and they answered everything with a friendly smile. The hotel is about a three minute walk to Plaza de Armas, and maybe a few minutes more to San Blas. It's central to everything. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay!"

"Owners are lovely, they took great care of us. Room was a little cold and they brought us a heater plus more comfortable blankets (not the very heavy ones they'll give in some hostels). They brought us some tea as well. Very lovely couple ~"

"This was a nice little hotel on a small street near the old part of downtown Cusco. A family runs the hotel and were very friendly and accomodating to us during our stay. We enjoyed our breakfasts and conversing with family members at the front desk and lobby area. We would definitely stay there again given the opportunity."
