We had such a great stay here. The location is fantastic—close to shops, bakeries, restaurants, and laundry, with a convenience store right beside the hotel for grabbing water and snacks. The staff were incredibly accommodating. We had an early morning tour pickup and requested our breakfast to go, which they happily prepared for us. There’s also hot coca tea and tea available in the lobby, which was such a nice touch. Our room was HUGE, the beds were super comfortable, and everything made for an easy, relaxing stay. Great location, comfortable rooms, thoughtful service—seriously, stop searching and book this hotel!

This boutique hotel is definitely quite unique in term of decor. The comforter is probably the softest I have felt in hotels. Though the rooms are not very soundproof and my room had window with exterior street view. The breakfast staff were very helpful making eggs to order.

Very spacious room for me and my friends. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. Fantastic blackout curtains. Very central area that we were able to walk to everything. The staff were very helpful and they even stored our luggage for free while we went on our 4 day Machu Picchu trek. Amazing! Would highly recommend staying here!

My stay at this hotel was truly special, not only because of the beautiful hotel itself, but because of the wonderful experience I was able to share with my grandparents. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to us, and they made my abuelos feel especially comfortable and well taken care of. Seeing them enjoy the atmosphere and receive such warm treatment made the stay even more meaningful for me. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the location was perfect for enjoying Cusco. But what I will remember most is the warmth of the people and the little details that made us feel at home. Traveling with my grandparents and creating these memories together was something very special, and this hotel became part of that beautiful experience. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cusco, especially if you are traveling with family. I would happily come back again.

Great location. We stayed in the family quad room. It was two floors and 4 queen beds with lots of blankets and great pillows. Beautiful view of the city from the window. Absolutely recommend staying here. One person in our group needed a doctor and rather than sending us to a doctors office they contacted one to come to our hotel room.

This hotel is beautiful! It’s like stepping into a cathedral courtyard. Our room was very large, 3 huge beds. The decorations were beautiful and the balcony was a lovely touch. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The location is very close to the historic square. Great to be near the action without having to hear it all night.

Great boutique hotel option in a convenient location. Rooms were HUGE and well maintained. Keep in mind that this is a small boutique hotel, so food options are limited and they also share their space with a massage and some other operation… didn’t love the setup. Staff speaks very little English but we made it work with a translation app!

Casona Corrales is a great place to stay, especially with its unbeatable location just a block away from Plaza de Armas. It’s super convenient with easy access to restaurants and meeting points for different excursions and tours. The decor and ambiance feel like staying in a museum, with so much character and charm. We stayed on the 3rd floor and had a perfect view of the city center. The staff was amazing, very attentive, and always ready to help. They even prepared our to-go breakfast for our super early morning excursions, which was a thoughtful touch. The tea bar was a big plus. The fresh coca leaf tea was perfect for helping with the high altitude and giving us a little extra energy. Breakfast was excellent as well. The friendly kitchen lady (I didn’t get her name) always prepared fresh eggs and had a great selection of fruits. The place was always clean and well maintained. Another bonus is the small convenience store right outside the doorstep, perfect for grabbing bottled water and quick snacks. Overall, Casona Corrales was a wonderful stay and made our Cusco experience even better.
