Dear Dale:Greetings from Motto by Hilton Cusco, our apologies for the inconveniences you got during your stay in our property, probably was a misunderstanding with the heating service time, it is begin to work at 20:00 hrs to next morning 06:00 hrs as the system is already programed like this.Coffee service is charged to the rooms and food service was not available into teh hotel but our partner Jacks cafe do it for us, but now we have the restaurant open for all our customers from now on.Really sorry once again.Warm regards.Jose PilaresGM
