It’s a nice property but not 5-star quality. Rooms and property are old and looks dated, smells of mildew and musty. Location is close to plaza. Staff was friendly but service quality was mixed.

Palacio del Inka was a first class hotel, the staff, particularly at reception were very very good, so much so it became a little robotic, however, l can’t away that they couldn’t do enough for us. The SPA was excellent. Breakfast was exceptional however wasn’t as consistent as it should have been for a 5* ie the first morning there were no clear tables at all and all seemed a little chaotic, however the staff were doing their best. The hotel lacked air con in the rooms and at £300 a night no acceptable, given the altitude oxygen could have been pumped into rooms to aid that feeling, lm sure the bar would have been busier had guests felt better. The place was spotless and the ambiance was second to none. A pleasant stay but some gaps that need to be addressed for such a prestigious hotel.

This is an old palace, it feels like in old movies 1800’s, there are 2 big courts inside the property, one of them has outdoor restaurant and it is so beautiful, it feels so unique. Staff is wonderful, they help you with everything you could ask for

A great property for visiting the Sacred Valley. Very central to many key sights. Felt secure without being intrusive. Service staff everywhere was exceptional in all areas of the hotel. Great experiences included to round out the stay including on site weaving, traditional music at breakfast, baby alpaca for pictures, pisco sour lessons. Highly recommended! Many Marriott hotels could learn from their example.

Inka Palace Luxury Hotel is the way

From check in to check out service was amazing, def. 5+ stars, the room with a private balcony, the bed, the pillows simply great. the pisco sour at the bar in the top 2 that I have drank around the world. The food great, ceviche corvina, sea bass, arroz caldoso and the camarones chupe 10+. The SPA you will need to have the Inka package, had it before traveling to SDQ a few hours before and totally relaxed. I will stay again. Thank you!
