Excellent choice! The staff was so helpful and attentive! Jennifer at the front desk was great and you have to meet Kiki the alpaca who is resident in the courtyard. Highly recommend this beautiful property for a few days to enjoy Cusco!

Quaintest little space with resident llama! Warm and easy welcome, great courtyard and super friendly staff. The restaurant and breakfast were fantastic and the bed and room were comfortable. We had a refrigerator and great water pressure in the shower! Very quaint, well appointed, comfortable and friendly place that we would be happy to recommend to other travelers.

We were here twice in a week (before and after Mach Picchu) and they made us feel like royalty! Jennifer was soooo helpful in every way and we couldn’t get enough of Kiki the alpaca. The entire staff was so attentive. The restaurant was wonderful for dinner as well! Thanks!

Very happy with our stay here. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, especially with our early morning tour departures. The restaurant is excellent, and we had all our dinners there, and the whole family was always happy with their meals. Also, Kiki the llama was a sweetheart, and our daughter especially loved seeing her each day.

It’s like a secluded getaway that just appears behind a min descript door. Local shopping and entertainment is nearby, but you have to walk a few blocks of empty to get to it. But once you’re in the Union there isn’t a lot of reason to leave. Friendly staff, open design, and onsite restaurant and bar. Rooms are really clean. The food at the restaurant was really awesome and the service excellent.

Union Hotel Cusco truly felt like a home away from home. The property has a cozy, homey vibe and is perfectly located—just steps from San Pedro Market and within easy reach of shops and restaurants in the area. The staff were amazing—warm, welcoming, and helpful in every way. We were celebrating both our birthday and honeymoon, and the thoughtful welcome surprise of amenities in our room made the occasion feel extra special.
