"Alles gut soweit. Meinem Mann hat die persönliche Kommunikation beim Check-in gefehlt. Ich fand es unkompliziert und völlig in Ordnung. Das Einzige, was ich bemängeln würde: Es war schon sehr warm – trotz einer Außentemperatur von nur ca. 21°."

"This was actually a very nice property. Clean and updated and new. We have two kids and four adults and had plenty a room. There was construction outside the building, but once that is done it will be a lot easier to access it. Wonderful place. I would recommend! "

"Top ausgestattete Apartments, mit Trockner und Waschmaschine. Wir sind als vierköpfige Familie dort gewesen. Es gibt auch einen Wellnessbereich mit Sauna, Dampfbad, Whirlpool und einem kleinen Außenpool. Ca.100m entfernt befindet sich eine tiedenunabhängige Lagune (Perlenbucht). Diese ist ein Highlight für Groß und Klein. Auch gibt es dort zahlreiche Strandkörbe und Imbissbuden/Bars (direkt am Wasser), wo man den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. "Checking in after 6pm was a bit difficult. Bed was not all too good. Room size and view was good. Cash only payment did cause an issue but reception did manage to assist us."

"Clean. Staff and service mostly OK. Some very good some very poor. Property in general good condition. But I have a serious issue with facilities. The pictures show a swimming pool. But the swimming pool is not part of the hotel at all. It’s across the road. It doesn’t belong to the hotel at all. This is only visible in the small text . This kind of advertising is unethical in my view. We booked this hotel because we believed it had a pool. In the end, the public pool was actually closed so we couldn’t even use it. The location and general area around the hotel directly on the river is quite nice. Our room was rather noisy in the morning. I believe we were located over the reception so there was lots of coming and going. Parking is very limited. When we arrived, we got the very last parking spot, which was very tight. "
