This was actually a very nice property. Clean and updated and new. We have two kids and four adults and had plenty a room. There was construction outside the building, but once that is done it will be a lot easier to access it. Wonderful place. I would recommend!

Never ever NUMA

My stay (booked 5 months earlier) was cancelled the morning of my arrival at Bremen (for an exhibition) by NUMA…even if I had double checked again 2 days earlier of my arrival (directly with NUMA CS) my booking with NUMA confirmation ref!!!. They told me « sorry, call Expedia for support » Scandalous situation when all city is fully booked for the exhibition. Of course, due to that critical city status, Hotels.com was able to propose me a hotel…by 30kms (only) away from city center. Hopefully& luckily, I was able to figure out some last minute solution. By the way, NUMA even cashed my booking …cancelled! (Just had the refunding by Hotels.com…1 month later) Never ever met such a lack of professionalism (NUMA) I wonder also about responsability of hotels.com, efficiency to solve situation & clear discrepancies with its communication and the waste of time, energy I spent repeating my story too many to too many poeple. I had to keep pressure & strong reminders on hotels.com shoulder to close all that crazy scenario (some details are still pending but not a problem to manage) Despite all that and after more that 10/12 years booking my hotels all around the world, will I keep booking with hotels.com? YES!! (Because I keep a global good appreciation of hotels.com despite I found some new weaknesses to be seriously improved)

De kamer was erg netjes en ruim. Alles voor handen. Het ontbijt bij een koffietentje verderop is goed. Wel anders dan een buffet wat je normaal hebt bij een hotel. Leuk afwisseling.

Personal ist keines sichtbar. Trotzdem lag eine kleine Entschuldigung für den zu erwartenden Baulärm bereit. Gutes Konzept. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Der Zugang und die Komunikation über WhatsApp problemlos.

Leider ist im Moment (Sept. '25) eine Baustelle vor und am Hotel, wodurch es tagsüber sehr laut ist. Das Zimmer selber war bei geschlossenem Fenster aber recht gut schallisoliert und es gibt gratis Ohrenstöpsel. Sonst war alles wie beschrieben. Das Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Super war auch der supply closet, falls mal etwas ausgeht. Man kann sich sogar Sportmatten leihen. Leider war für unseren Abreisetag kein Late-checkout mehr verfügbar, den sollte man bei Bedarf also rechtzeitig buchen. Dafür standen aber ausreichend Schließfächer (groß genug für Koffer) zur Verfügung. Etwas umständlich war das einchecken per App, das sollte man deswegen am besten ein paar Tage vor Anreise machen. Das Auschecken über den QR-Code war dagegen super einfach.

Familien Apartment. Wir waren mit 1 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern unterwegs. Mehr als genug Platz. Küchenzeile mit Wasserkocher und Kapselmaschine vorhanden, sowie eine Mikrowelle. Sehr zentral gelegen. Alles innerhalb des Zentrums fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Einmal und nie wieder. Bodenlose Frechheit

Kurz vor Aufenthalt in Messezeit vom Anbieter selbst storniert worden mit Begründung , das eine Neueröffnung nun früher als geplant durchgeführt wird. Anstelle den Kunden, die bereits gebucht haben einfach umzubuchen, einfach viel zu kurzfristig und auch noch wärend Messezeitraum einfach abgesagt und mit 25% Gutschein abgespeist. Natürlich war das neue Hotel bereits ausgebucht. Vom Anbieter selbst keine Unterstützung. Zum Glück hat Hotels.com da mehr unterstützt
