"The front desk team was amazing, it’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s a very solid boutique hotel in an amazing location if you’re exploring this very beautiful part of Mendoza. It wasn’t hot when we were there so we didn’t get a chance to go in the pool, but the grounds are very nice and the restaurant had very delicious food. The whole place has a woody feel to it, they really accommodated us, with amazing hospitality. We stayed facing the back so it was very quiet as well."

Melissa and Faustino are absolutely fantastic, the sweetest humans, and made us feel right at home. Everyone working there was so helpful with recommendations and anything we needed. "Stayed here for 3 nights in the first week of April. We got room 401 which was very spacious, had 2 balconies and a massive TV. The only thing I didn't like was the open plan bathroom concept. Location is great, and you'll be able to walk everywhere. Breakfast was nice, lots of options and seating. Unfortunately the outdoor pool, even on a very hot day, it was too cold to use. We didn't try the indoor one."

"The hotel is dated and in need of refurbishment, but it offers good value compared to the Park Hyatt. It’s located in a quiet, pleasant area directly across from a park, with a Carrefour next door for convenient and affordable food options. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and housekeeping did a great job keeping the rooms clean and well stocked. Breakfast was limited in hot options, but featured a solid selection of breads, pastries, and cold items."
