O único problema é o cheiro de cigarro extremo que possui dentro do quarto, não sei de demos azar de alguém que alugou antes da gente fumou no local, mas os 3 dias que ficamos o cheiro estava muito forte, que inclusive as nossas roupas ficaram com muito cheiro, e mesmo abrindo a janela não saia."
