"I didn't realize that the rooms were on the outside which was a bit unease for me being a solo traveler. The room was clean. Which probably the only good thing I can say. Breakfast was really basic, toast, muffin, boil egg, coffee and tea. I was extremely disappointed that I booked this hotel for the shuttle service and had to spend $40 to get to the hotel from the airport. I messaged them before getting on my flight and gave a time to pick up me up. They replied 5 hours later saying to call when I got there to let them know when to come. I sat at the airport for 2 hours waiting on them to come. I called the hotel several times and no one picked up. And when I got there letting them know I called and message I was told that they don't see the message that comes in through Expedia. I was just dismissed when I asked then how could I avoid being charged $40 for a taxi ride if no one sees the messages or answer the phone. I won't be booking this hotel again."

"I have made a complaint with the hotel. They had roaches in our bathroom. No towels brought after first day. No soap or towels in lobby bathroom. Dirty dirty dirty. Staff was uncooperative. They NEVER came a cleaned up the roaches. I will not return there ever!!"

"The rooms were nice, but had a very bad smell to them every night we'd come back, almost like a mildew smell. The breakfast would have been ok if they didn't cheap out on refilling items. Breakfast was suppose to be from 6-9 during the week. 2 of the mornings I came down at 8:35 with 25 mins left, there was nothing left. It's a breakfast buffet. Not first come, first serve. There's no reason there shouldn't be food up until 9 am sharp. "

"No kitchen utensils or silverware for an Extended Stay property. Small flies and couple of roaches in room I was staying in. Bought flypaper ribbon to deal with flies and killed the roaches. Otherwise, decent size room with bed, dresser, TV, desk, small kitchen."
