"We stayed in the sea view cottage - it was perfect for the two of us. Simple cottage with a great covered deck and sea/beach views. Very quiet and private - highly recommend if you want to be close to restaurants and trails but want to feel like you’re in a fairly remote area."

"Housekeeping cleaned our room, but left the door open when they left. Luckily, nothing was missing. We ordered a drink at the rooftop bar, but when the sun went down we took the drink to the lobby bar. We were told that "outside" drinks were not allowed. When I indicated that the drink was a hotel beverage, the hostess didn't seem to care. Considering it's a $25 cocktail, she refused to have it sent to our room. POOR service in my opinion"

"I really liked my Harbour view. That was the best thing and the location was not far from a couple of coffee places and I was able to walk to Stanley Park. What I did not like is how huge this place is. I had no idea. It is a crazy huge building so lots of people, very busy. A bit noisy in the halls with people talking. Also cleaning staff start early around 9am so you hear them chatting with people in the hallway. Many people would not mind this. I think I prefer a more peaceful environment. I...
