"The property doesn't look *anything* like the pictures...we couldnt even find it at first. Property in state of disrepair & renovation; dust-covered workmen all over property, but nobody to answer any guest questions or help in any way at property. We were too early to check in because of the train schedule - that's fine, I totally understand if we can't check in for a few hours - but there's no place to store luggage. This left my girlfriend and I with no real options but to sit by the side...

"The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. Plenty of room for a 3 year old. There were many shops and restaurants to choose from. Plus walking distance to all the sites we wanted to see and more. Top rated amenities, too. Felt very safe!"

"Pros: very central location, great base for exploring. Comfortable space with a balcony that's sunny on a spring afternoon. Decent kitchen.
Cons: paper thin walls mean you can hear even quiet conversations in the room next door. You'll also almost certainly need earplugs to sleep as there's a lot of noise outside too. "Great location, close to everything. The place was big, beds are super comfy - good firmness and body support, best I've ever had in accommodations. Note there are no centralized HVAC system, ypu only have the windows, which is loud since you're right next to a tram station. I wouldn't recommend this place during summer. "This aparthotel was an exceptional stay. The rooms are immaculately clean, very quiet (almost silent due to the courtyard blocking all street noise), well connected (2 metro lines and a tram stop at the entrance), and well appointed.
The staff helped with replenishing amenities as requested and were very responsive via email.
